By checking the box next to these Terms of Use and clicking “Purchase,” you (“Student”) agree to enroll in The Analyst Edge course offered by FemVantage Analytics (“FemVantage,” “we,” or “us”) and acknowledge that you are entering into a legally binding agreement with FemVantage under the following terms and conditions:

By submitting your payment and registering for the course, you elect to purchase access to The Analyst Edge, a five-week online program (the “Course”). In exchange, FemVantage agrees to deliver the Course content and services described in the Course Outline and bonus materials provided upon enrollment.

1. PROGRAM OUTLINE

  1. Course Delivery:
    You agree that you are enrolling in The Analyst Edge, a 5-week live and self-paced online accelerator offered by FemVantage Analytics (“Course”). The Course is designed to teach you end-to-end data analysis skills—grounding you in business context, data cleaning, EDA techniques, and insight generation—so you can tackle real-world cases like Bloom & Co.

  2. Included Content & Materials:
    By purchasing The Analyst Edge, you will receive:

    • Five weekly modules (such as video lessons using slide decks)

    • A guided workbook with exercises (such as metrics definitions, Clarity Compass, cleaning prep, practice datasets)

    • Live Q&A sessions once per week (recordings available)

    • Bonus templates and cheat-sheets (notion tracker templates, recruiter magnet module, etc.)

    • Access to our private community for peer discussion and support

  3. Terms of Participation:
    You acknowledge you have reviewed the Course outline and understand what is—and isn’t—included. FemVantage reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior in the Course or community—without refund—in order to protect the learning experience of others.

2. NON-DISCLOSURE

  1. Proprietary Materials:
    In The Analyst Edge, you will access FemVantage’s proprietary methodologies, templates, frameworks, and case-study materials (collectively, “Confidential Content”). This Confidential Content represents our intellectual property and trade secrets developed through years of data-driven practice.

  2. Your Obligations:
    You agree that you will not, without FemVantage’s prior written consent:

    • Share, publish, or distribute any Confidential Content to anyone not enrolled in the Course.

    • Copy or repurpose any Course materials for resale or inclusion in your own products or services.

    • Claim any Confidential Content as your own work or use it beyond your personal, non-commercial application in your role as a data analyst.

By participating, you acknowledge that any breach of these terms may result in removal from the Course and forfeiture of access—without refund—and may expose you to legal liability.

3. TESTIMONIALS

  1. Public Feedback:
    If you post comments or feedback about The Analyst Edge on any public channel (social media, forums, email), you grant FemVantage Analytics a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to republish that content—along with your name and any identifying details—in marketing, on our website, or in promotions for The Analyst Edge.

2. Voluntary Contribution:
By sharing your positive experience, you understand there is no additional compensation. Your feedback may be used in perpetuity, without further notice or payment, to showcase student success and promote future cohorts. Note: Total amounts and installation payments may vary depending on the offer at the time of purchase. Your specific offer is reflective of what is owed and at what time.

 

 

 4. PAYMENT & PAYMENT PLANS

  1. Tuition Options:

    • Pay in Full: One-time payment of US $397 due at checkout.

    • Installment Plan: Three monthly payments of US $142 (total US $426).

  2. Billing Authorization:
    You authorize FemVantage Analytics to charge your credit card (or chosen payment method) for the option you select. All payments will be processed through our secure checkout.

  3. Installment Details:

    • The first installment is charged at enrollment.

    • Subsequent installments recur automatically on the same calendar date each month.

    • If a payment fails or is more than six days late, you forfeit access to the remaining Course materials until the balance is paid, and a US $100 late fee applies.

  4. No Cancellation of Payment Obligation:
    Your tuition commitment remains in force regardless of your use of the materials, satisfaction level, or completion status. Full payment is required even if you discontinue the Course early.

  5. Automatic Billing:
    The credit card (or payment method) you provide at enrollment will be automatically charged for each subsequent installment on or about the same calendar date each month.

  6. Access & Non-Refundable Policy:

  • If any installment is not paid within six days of its due date, FemVantage Analytics may suspend or cancel your access to The Analyst Edge.

  • No refunds will be issued for amounts already paid, and reinstatement of access is at FemVantage’s sole discretion.

Upfront Payment Requirement:
If you do not select or qualify for the installment plan, full payment is due at checkout in the manner designated on our sales page.

 

 

5. REFUND POLICY

FemVantage Analytics stands behind The Analyst Edge, but your success depends on your commitment. We offer a conditional refund only if you demonstrate good-faith participation during the first two weeks (by the end of Week 2). To qualify:

  1. Request Window: Submit your refund request in writing to seth@femvantage.com within 14 days of your enrollment date.

  2. “Do the Work” Requirements:

    • Workbook Completion: Provide your fully completed Module 1 & 2 workbook pages in addition to fully completed Case Study workbook pages.

    • Live Q&A Attendance: Attend at least one live Q&A session (recorded attendance counts).

  3. Review Process: Once we receive your request and evidence, we’ll schedule a brief call (to be completed within 7 days) to confirm your participation. Refund decisions are made in good faith and at FemVantage’s sole discretion.

  4. Refund Mechanics: If approved, you’ll receive a refund (minus a $50 administrative fee) within 30 days via your original payment method. All Course access and community privileges will be revoked upon refund issuance.

  5. No Refunds After Week 2: After Day 14, all sales are final and you remain responsible for any remaining payments under your chosen plan.

Please ensure The Analyst Edge is the right fit before enrolling—after the 14-day window, tuition is non-refundable.

6. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION & CONDUCT

  1. Voluntary Enrollment:
    You acknowledge that your participation in The Analyst Edge is entirely voluntary. You alone are responsible for how you apply the Course content, and for any outcomes—whether successes or setbacks. FemVantage Analytics provides the tools, frameworks, and guidance, but cannot guarantee specific results, nor be held liable for any consequences arising from your use of the materials.

Community Conduct:
FemVantage fosters a supportive, positive learning environment. You are free to share feedback and opinions, but any disruptive, defamatory, or harassing behavior—whether in live sessions, community forums, or social channels—may result in your removal from the Course and its communities without refund. By enrolling, you agree to engage respectfully and uphold our community standards.

 

 

7. DISCLAIMER

  1. No Guaranteed Outcomes:
    The Analyst Edge provides proven frameworks and tools, but FemVantage Analytics makes no promises regarding your individual results—whether in skill mastery, career advancement, or any specific metric improvements.

  2. Earnings & Career Disclaimer:
    Any examples or testimonials of past student successes are individual results and may not reflect your own experience. You alone are responsible for evaluating how the Course applies to your unique goals and circumstances.

  3. “As-Is” Provision:
    All Course content, live sessions, and materials are provided on an “as-is” basis, without any express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  4. No Legal Recourse for Dissatisfaction:
    As long as FemVantage delivers the Course as described, you agree that dissatisfaction with outcomes—or any perceived shortcomings—does not entitle you to additional refunds or remedies beyond those outlined in our Refund Policy.

  5. Hold Harmless:
    You agree to hold FemVantage Analytics harmless for any direct or indirect losses—financial, professional, or otherwise—that may arise from your participation in the Course.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. Ownership:
    All Course materials—videos, slide decks, workbooks, templates, datasets, frameworks, and any derivative content—are © FemVantage Analytics and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  2. Limited License:
    You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the materials solely for your personal learning and professional development. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

  3. Restrictions:
    You may not, without FemVantage’s prior written consent:

    • Copy, distribute, or publicly share any Course content (in whole or in part).

    • Create derivative works for redistribution or commercial use.

    • Claim Course materials as your own or include them in products or services for sale.

    • Share access credentials, workbooks, or downloadable files with anyone not enrolled in the Course.

  4. Enforcement:
    Any unauthorized use or distribution of the materials constitutes infringement and may result in removal from the Course, revocation of your license without refund, and legal action to enforce our rights.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FemVantage Analytics, its affiliates, instructors, and partners (collectively, “Indemnitees”) from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of The Analyst Edge Course materials or participation in any Course activities.

  • Any breach by you of these Terms of Use.

  • Any content you submit or publish within the Course community.

If an Indemnitee seeks indemnification, you will cooperate fully and, at FemVantage’s request, assist in the defense or settlement of any claim at no cost to the Indemnitees.

10. PROGRAM ACCESS

  • Duration of Access: You will have access to The Analyst Edge materials for as long as FemVantage Analytics continues to offer the Course on its platform.

  • Platform Changes: If we discontinue the platform or retire the Course, we will notify you at your registered email and provide a 14-day window to download your materials. FemVantage is not liable for any loss of access or materials if you do not act within that window.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. Good-Faith Negotiation: Any dispute under these Terms must first be raised and addressed through informal, good-faith discussions between you and FemVantage Analytics.

  2. Binding Arbitration: If the parties cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, the dispute will be submitted to final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to be held in Boston, Massachusetts. The arbitrator’s decision is conclusive and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

  3. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

12. APPLICABLE LAW

This Agreement is governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any legal questions regarding these Terms will be resolved under Massachusetts law.

13. AMENDMENTS

FemVantage Analytics may update or amend these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our Course, policies, or legal requirements. We will notify enrolled Students of any material changes via the email address on file. Your continued access to or participation in The Analyst Edge after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

PROGRAM OUTLINE ADDENDUM

You understand and agree that you are enrolling in The Analyst Edge by FemVantage Analytics. Upon purchase:

  • Module Release Schedule: Five core modules will be released one per week over the 5-week Course.

  • Continued Access: After Week 5, you retain on-demand access to all video lessons, slide decks, workbooks, and bonus materials for as long as the Course remains available on our platform.

The Analyst Edge Modules

  1. Module 1: What They Don’t Teach You About The Analyst Role

    • Understand your role as an analyst + how to get clarity and focus on what matters

  2. Module 2: Mastering Business Context–Making Data Work for Strategic Decisions

    • Build real business context & stakeholder awareness

  3. Module 3: The Logic of Insight–Guided Exploratory Analysis

    • Comparative pivots, trend charts, segmentation drills, root-cause analysis, and the EACH → Insight framework.

  4. Module 4:  Deliver Like a Pro — How Analysts Communicate Insights Across Channels

    • Crafting one-slide narratives, tailoring insights to different personas, and effective presentation best practices.

  5. Module 5: Master Team Conversations and Cadence

    •  Track your impact, ask sharp questions, and lead like a pro

By completing these modules, participating in live Q&As, and working through the workbook exercises, you’ll master the end-to-end process of turning raw data into strategic, actionable insights.

14. SCOPE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By enrolling in The Analyst Edge, you confirm that you have read and understood the full Course Outline and Addendum. You acknowledge that the list of modules, materials, and bonuses detailed above constitutes the entire scope of what is offered. FemVantage Analytics is under no obligation to provide any additional content, services, or features beyond what is expressly described, except for time-limited bonuses that may be introduced at our discretion. Any changes to this Outline or Addendum require written agreement by both you and FemVantage.

By completing your purchase and authorizing payment, you further confirm that you have conducted any due diligence needed to understand the Course and its offerings, and that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason beyond the Refund Policy outlined in Section 5.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

  1. Informal Resolution: If any dispute arises under these Terms, you and FemVantage Analytics agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussions. You acknowledge that disappointment with outcomes alone does not constitute a valid dispute.

  2. Binding Arbitration: If unresolved after 30 days, any remaining dispute will be settled by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Boston, Massachusetts. The arbitrator’s award is conclusive and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

16. APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

17. AMENDMENTS

FemVantage Analytics may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify enrolled students of any material changes via email. Your continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
